Online registration is now open.

Fee payment will be associated with online registration form. After registration procedure the invoice will be sent by email. The payment should be made in 14 days after registration. In registration panel you may choose accommodation in Hostel OLIMP, other hotels offered by organizers are listed in bookmark Accommodation.

Registration fee for Full Delegate includes the following:
     •   Admission to all sessions
     •   Conference materials (e.g., one copy of the Abstract Book)
     •   One copy of proceedings
     •   Lunches
     •   Social program

Registration fee for Student includes the following:
     •   Admission to all sessions
     •   Conference materials (e.g., one copy of the Abstract Book)
     •   Lunches
     •   Social program

Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes the following:
     •   Social program

Social program includes:
     •   Welcome party
     •   Conference dinner
     •   Excursion

HOTEL RESERVATION

150 rooms in hotels of different standard have been reserved for the Conference participants for the period of 30 August to 8 September 2013. The reservations are guaranteed until 30 June 2013 only; see Accommodation section for details. The rooms in students hostel should be booked through the conference on-line registration tool (an additional fee will be added to the hostel cost). The rooms in the other hotels must be booked directly through the provided hotel links.

CANCELLATION

Registration Fee
Until 14 June 2013 the payment will be refunded less an administrative fee (50 EUR).
After 14 June 2013 we will not be in a position to return your payment.

Hotel reservation by online registration tool
The cancellation of the hotels reserved through the on-line registration tool will be accepted until 30 June 2013 and refunded less an administrative fee (50 EUR). In the event of the cancellation of accommodation after 30 June 2013, the payment will be refunded less the fee for the first night at the hotel and an administrative fee (50 EUR).
