Information for oral speakers
The time scheduled for talks is (including discussion):
for invited speakers 30 minutes (25+5)
for contributed speakers 20 minutes (15+5)
Organizers provide the laptop connected to the projector. All file formats will be supported. There is a possibility to plug the presenter's own laptop; the connection needs to be checked before. Presenters are asked to deliver the files before the first session of the day (or the day before).
For the best oral presentation by the young scientist (under 35) the financial award will be provided. The Program Committee will grant one first prize (and eventually one distinction).
Information for poster presenters
Two poster sessions are scheduled in the conference program. All authors are asked to place their posters on boards at the beginning and leave them until the end of the conference. During the poster session I (on Monday) authors of posters placed on boards with odd numbers are asked to present. During the poster session II (on Wednesday) authors of posters placed on boards with even numbers shall present. Each poster sessions is scheduled for 17:50 and will be 90 minutes long.

The maximum size of a poster board is A0 portrait (about 1200 x 900 mm). The materials for fixing the posters (tapes, magnets etc.) will be delivered.
The Organizers offer help with printing the posters on-site in Krakow. The authors wishing to take advantage of the offer are asked to deliver the file by email until Tuesday, 27 August to the Conference Secretariat (icq12@fis.agh.edu.pl). Non-editable file formats PDF, JPEG, PNG are favourable. Authors are asked to specify the size and type of paper in the email. If the VAT invoice is needed, the correct VAT data should also be specified in the email.
Printed posters will be issued at the registration desk from Sunday, 1 September, after paying the charge. Details about sizes and prices are listed below.
